Striving for Excellence: DOOR Successfully Holds the 8th Manufacturing Skills Competition!

To enhance front-line employees' professional skills and team cohesion, DOOR held its 8th Manufacturing Skills Competition on June 15th at the Dongguan Tangxia factory. Contestants included front-line staff from the Production, Warehousing, and QC departments.

The event featured a Theoretical Assessment (covering electrical principles and quality awareness) and a Practical Electrical Operation (focusing on circuit wiring and debugging on the production line). Judges evaluated performance on-site to ensure absolute fairness.

During the theory exam, contestants answered with composure. The practical segment then moved to the AC cabinet line, where participants focused on circuit verification, wiring, and debugging. Judges evaluated performance and quality behaviors on-site to ensure a fair score.

After intense competition, Ms. Zhang Lu won the theoretical championship, while Ms. You Xiaoyi claimed both the practical and overall titles. Company leaders presented certificates and cash prizes to the winners, showcasing the team's pursuit of craftsmanship. Chairman Mr. Wang highly praised the event and the staff's dedication.
